The History Of Stirling
By Trevor Johnson | March 9, 2010
Stirling - Stirling is a Scottish city which lies in a very strategic place geographically. It is in the heart of Scotland and therefore has the heart of its history. It has a very old fortress and was the area of the local council. It therefore had a great deal of political sway over the course of its history in Scotland.
Its geographical importance has direct influence over its political and economical status over the years. It lies directly between the high- and low-lands, which means that any attacking force going from one area to another would have to cross through Stirling. Naturally, many opposite forces were there waiting. The area is on a hill, so defense is easy, and it lies on a river, so shipping and water travel are easy.
Leaders knew it was an important site since it was so hard to capture. That is one of the reasons why it was so often fought over and so well looked after. The most important battle there was one for Scottish independence from England. This may be known on more modern terms as the big battle in the movie “Braveheart.”
William Wallace, who led this revolution, has a monument in Stirling which is more of a giant behemoth of a building than an actual monument. The Church of the Holy Rude is, despite the monument, the most important in town. This is because it is the only church still standing in all of Great Britain besides Westminster Abbey which had a coronation there. A coronation only happens in a place of great significance. If the coronation were not enough to demonstrate that, the number of times the city was fought over should be an indicator. It has switched hands dozens of times.
A good source of tourism trade for the city is the fact that Stirling is reputed to be haunted. There are several ghost tours one can go on through all the historic–and more modern–sites. Other tourism revenue comes from football and rugby fans. The town has both of these teams of their own. It is also a good place for military learning, since it is a strategic battle area. Scholars come here to study first hand.
At its roots, though, it is still a market town which generates most of the local economy through trade. This is only natural when one considers its placement near water, with its own train station, on an important road between two countries and two types of land. The railroad did cut down on water travel, but it never fully stopped.
You can visit the Blair Drummond Safari Park which is Scotland’s only African park. Scholars can attend university there. It attracts more tourism than one might think for a town of its size.

The Story of Two Cops Who Face a Moral Dilemma
By Matt Ryan | March 9, 2010
A Steady Rain is a different type of live performance, one that only has a cast of two with very limited to no scenery. This production first aired in 2006, with great reviews, and came back in 2008 to the Royal George Theatre. The performance was such a hit, that it made an appearance on Broadway. The cast of two — Hugh Jackman and Daniel Craig — will tell the story of two old friends for 12 short weeks.
Steady Rains tells the tale of two cop friends who experience many different roads in life together. Through it all, thick and thin, the men stay fairly close, and are involved in each other’s lives. One night, just like any other, the men receive a domestic abuse call, which they run off to without a second thought. It is this evening and these events that will change their lives forever.
Upon arriving on scene, a man answered the door. There was a little Vietnamese boy present as well. The man informed the officers that he and his nephew were spending the evening in, and that there were no problems here. The cops took everything into consideration before making the decision to move on from the case. This; however, was not the right decision. After everything played out, the little boy was cannibalized by this man who also happened to be a serial killer. The cops made the wrong call that night, a call that would forever affect who they were.
Steady Rain debuted on in late September of 2009, and ran twelve weeks until early December 2009. Jackman has made many Broadway appearances, and this is yet another one that will sweep you off your feet. Audiences in the UK are more familiar with Craig’s work, but he is becoming known through recent James Bond flicks. The two could not have been a better fit, not only on stage, but for this story as well. They bring the story to life.
Keith Huff is the author of Steady Rain, with other crew members being Frederick Zollo (producer), Robert Cole, Michael Rose, Cheryl Wiesenfeld, Raymond L. Gaspard, Frank Gero, Barbara Broccoli, and Michael G. Wilson. Mark Bennett is responsible for the music and sound, Scott Pask does a fascinating job on the set and costumes, and Hugh Vanstone adds that special touch through his lighting techniques.

Instant Travel
By David West | March 9, 2010
Spring break is one of the most popular occasions during the school year where students almost always make travel plans on a budget. Some of these travelers may resort to some last minute planning depending on their financial capabilities during the onset of spring break. When it comes to cramming trips this article will provide some examples of possible travel options that can be taken.
It is great if travelers can experience travel plans which can be planned with much ease and at the same time become affordable enough for students to pay for. This year try and go Green and spend some time enjoying the great outdoors. There are a number of possible campsites to consider in most areas so this will not be a problem.
Travel preparations for camping arrangements can be easy as pie as easy as getting the necessary gear for wilderness survival. It is crucial for a group of campers to come equipped with portable stoves, sleeping bags, and tents for their trip. The great outdoors can become greater when the time is spent with a couple of trusted friends.
Try the travel suggestion of being a local visitor and take some friends for a visit to the different places within one’s area of residence. It is highly possible that someone have not been to events happening around his or her own area of residence. Together with a group of friends a person should pack cameras and plan a trip viewing the local destinations from a tourist’s perspective.
If someone wants to travel locally there are a lot of areas that can be visited and the necessary information can easily be acquired from the internet or even by asking the local establishments around town. If possible it is a good suggestion to try and spend the spring vacation on different itineraries other than the beer drinking and beach trips. There are companies and agents who offer international opportunities for when it comes to volunteer work and this is something to check out during the vacation season.
Travel plans especially for students can highly be affected by their financial capabilities which can determine how well the trips may go. Try engaging in some form of manual labor during the spring break and earn some money which can be used for other plans or traveling needs. If possible it would be great if a person can capitalize on the connections that can be established when internship opportunities are taken into consideration.
Most students prefer to travel to the sunny areas during spring break probably to the beaches and resorts that are within reach. For such an occasion where this kind of travel plan is in order the students can avail of discounted flights and services available from travel providers, hotels, and other establishments. A student needs to take some time in researching about these companies and do some comparison shopping to get the best deal that he or she can find.
A number of these last minute travel promos are made available so students should really watch out for these great offers online. Most of the time the activities and destinations that are being offered for last minute booking s cater to the much older students who can take part in skiing trips and casino visits. If a student does not favor any of these then there is always the idea to arrange a simple road trip with some close buddies.
Budget travel is no longer something that people including students on spring break need to worry about as these can deliver quality trips as well. Today there is no problem with having to make any kind of arrangements on a limited timeline. Most of the time when a trip is about to ensue the companies may provide some promotions and bargains for last minute travelers to also avail of the same vacation package on a discount.

Rome Is Burning
By Peg Entwhistle | March 9, 2010
I am still alive, for anyone cares to know. For those ten or twelve of you who bothered to send me any feedback, yes, I am still a P.A. for a B-list actor in this Tinseltown of lost and faded lives. Yes, it’s another semi-sad tale from Hollywood, complete with a vague sampling of dish. Punch in your coordinates, calibrate your GPS tracking system and set course for stun.
Here’s a news flash: actors are a fickle, capricious lot. You can’t expect a human being to bleed his or her heart on stage or screen and not expect that they may be wired into a more immature emotional system. Now, the sad part is the minor celebrity I tend to has two kids and happens to be terrified of not getting a gig. A mortgage in the Hollywood Hills is no laughing matter. And so, as always, guess who gets to be the release valve for all this neurosis and anxiety? You guessed it.
I took the job thinking it’d be a great way of getting behind the glittering wall that separates the norms and the special people. The norms are normal people like you and me. Though, I wonder if I still qualify as a norm, given that I’ve been registered in so many minor celebrity memory banks. Did I mention Anthony Kiedis once hit on me at my client’s kid’s birthday party? Yes, it was awkward. No, nothing came of it.
While Rome burns, guess who gets to watch Nero fiddle? Poor little old wine-drinking me. Whatever celebrity collateral she had accrued over the years of B-grade TV and infomercials? If either of the little lads starts wailing or pitching a fit, her glaring eyes fall on me. Can I help it that they’re raised like borderline feral children? The job description says personal assistant, not day care provider.
Approaching 45 with nothing lined up can’t be easy for her, I imagine. What bills that do get paid, including my paltry salary, come from the syndication residuals. Let’s just say it was a really big show in the late Eighties. If I say anything more I run the risk of having this article rank on the SERPs and jeopardize my non-disclosure agreement.
Yes, loyal readers, calibrate your GPS tracking system, set your phasers to stun, and make sure your lattes are extra hot, with two Equals and no foam. Hollywood awaits.

Destination weddings are becoming very popular every year. Making a trip with family members and close friends to get married on an exotic location is a great way to celebrate your wedding. One of the most popular locations for this type of weddings is the Caribbean, mainly because of the exotic nature of Caribbean islands, and how easy is to travel to them.
Which are the most popular Caribbean wedding destinations? The following are, in our opinion, the top five locations on the Caribbean to celebrate a destination wedding.
Aruba. The weather is perfect. It is a place that has no hurricanes, it almost never rains and temperature is around 82. You can practice almost any water sport and nightlife is great. Belize. If you want a smaller place, with more private places, Belize would be the choice. It may also be cheaper than other options.
Bahamas honeymoons offer newly wed couples a a popular destination of fun and sun. The Bahamas Islands has over seven hundred islands, mostly untouched and uninhabited. It stretches out to a one hundred thousand-square mile archipelago that extends over five hundred miles of the clearest water in the world. Including deserted cays and large rocks, it has a total estimated land area of five thousand three hundred eighty two square mile and registers a highest land elevation of two hundred six feet. So, if you want a romantic getaway, you can find one and enjoy some intimacy among one of those many islands.
And of course, considerations for yourself: are you willing to accept that fewer guests will attend your wedding because of location, is the location somewhere that you’d be interested in spending your honeymoon at, can you afford the added costs?
When it comes time to decide between all of the Caribbean honeymoon trips available, make sure you explore what both you and your spouse want. Yes, you want time with each other. Great New York City Restaurants Tourists Should Visit
By Aaron Harden | March 9, 2010
Is a trip to New York City coming up for you? The thought of just where you will be eating has probably also crossed your mind. As there are thousands of great places that you can pick from, the task of getting that down to only a handful or so might just prove to be ultra challenging.
The factors that will be taken into consideration when deciding where to eat at are how much it will cost, what foods you like, the amount of time you have and where you are at. The following are my suggestions for where you might want to eat at, and they all have good prices and are easily reached by a subway trip or a ride in a taxi.
It is a well-known fact that delicious pizza is what New York is known for. A really fantastic pizza place to go to is located in the East Village and is called Luzzo’s. Here you will receive exceptionally good Neapolitan pizza which I, along with lots of others, think is some of the greatest you will ever try. They are exactly the right size, fresh and hot.
You may also want to try John’s Pizza on Bleecker Street in the West Village if you find yourself on the West side of town. This landmark restaurant is known as one of the best pizzerias in all of Manhattan, and commonly has a line that goes out the door.
You can’t come to New York City without getting a taste of its bagels. One good place to check out when you are uptown is one of the H&H Bagels stores.
And when you are downtown, be sure to go to one of the Murray’s Bagels stores on the West side. They taste so good when they are nice and hot, and there are several spreads for your to choose from that will go nicely on them.
Are your thoughts wondering to burgers? You will find some of the best ones in the whole world in New York City. Quite a lot of people think that Shake Shack has the best tasting ones. It is not that hard to find them and there are two main locations.
There is one that is in Madison Square Park. Now, if it is cold out, you might not want to go here since it is right in the park and there is not any indoor seating.
The other location is definitely more conducive to cold weather, as an indoor Shake Shack restaurant can be found on the Upper West Side. Whichever you choose, you’ll have some great burgers, fries, and shakes to enjoy.

Nature And The Children of Illinois
By Lonnie J. Lorenz | March 9, 2010
Today’s young folks of Illinois people are enjoying less and less time outdoors. As parents we know we can have a profound impact on the lives of your offspring. It is your responsibility to introducing your kids to the outdoors for the first time. They may have environmental knowledge about Illinois outdoors which you may enhance or you may just make it a play date. These outside experiences might even awaken a passion for the outdoors that will stay with them forever. The first step is to take a little time for planning, it goes a long way towards a successful and safe outdoor trip. An outdoor field trip is a great educational experience for all involved. So enjoy your time with your kids.
Illinois is loaded with parks, natural areas, conservation areas, recreation areas, and fish and wildlife areas. These areas have information on camping, hiking, biking, fishing, hunting, state park lodges and resorts, interpretive programs and many great ideas for places to visit and things to do in Illinois. I like www.dnr.state.il.us
Did you know that IlIllinois has adopted may natural elements here a few:
Illinois State Tree - white oak
Illinois State Bird - cardinal
Illinois State Fish - bluegill
Illinois State Animal - white-tailed deer
Illinois State Insect - monarch butterfly
In Illinois here are just a few spots to think about going someday:
1) Truitt Hoff Nature Preserve
DuPage County
To reach it from Roosevelt Road (Route 38), turn north on Kress Road, then east on Downs Drive, then north on Industruial Drive.
Truitt-Hoff Nature Preserve is located in the Morainal Section of the Northeastern Illinois Morainal Natural Division. 120.3 acres in size, the preserve encompasses high-quality mesic prairie, wet-mesic prairie, freshwater marsh, mesic silt loam savanna, and wet prairie natural communities.
2)Kemper Park Nature Preserve
Kane County
Location and Access:
Rt. 68 and 25 in Carpentersville, head north on Rt. 25 for 1.2 miles to Hazard Rd. East (Right) on Hazard until it ends. Kemper Park is a thirteen acre nature preserve is an addition to Helm Woods Nature Preserve, a larger forested tract of dry-mesic upland and northern flatwood forests. Kemper Park Nature Preserve is contiguous to Helm Woods and is comprised of similar plant communities. The dry-mesic upland forest is dominated by white, red and black oaks while the flatwoods are dominated by swamp white oaks, ashes and elms with swamp sedge and fowl manna grass occurring frequently in the understory. Many forbs, especially spring ephemerals, sedges, grasses and shrubs can be found throughout the entire woodland complex. Garlic mustard is a major problem in this preserve. Prescribed burns have been implemented to control this invasive species.
3)Black Partridge Woods Nature Preserve
Cook County
Location and Access: Lemont Road north across the Des Plaines River, continue on Lemont Road to 111th Street (Bluff Road), then west and southwest 1 mi.
Black Partridge Woods in Cook County was one of the first dedicated nature preserves in Illinois. The river bluffs, ravine forests, and spring-fed streams represent communities typical of the Morainal Section of the Northeastern Morainal Natural Division of Illinois. The mesic forests are dominated by sugar maple, basswood, red oak and white oak, while the seep springs support skunk cabbage, marsh marigold, and a wide variety of spring wildflowers. Common animal species observed in the preserve include woodcock, gray squirrel, American toad, wood pewee, and red-headed woodpecker. The mottled sculpin, an uncommon bottom dwelling fish, occurs in the stream. Sculpins are restricted to cold and highly oxygenated waters like the stream at the preserve. Black Partridge was a chief and influential leader of the Potawatomi Indians in Illinois during the early 1800’s. His village was once located approximately 20 miles north of Peoria, but he is known to have traveled widely in Illinois.
One last pointer you know you kids should get outside but you are just not an outdoor sort of person. No problem their are many out door programs, classes and Illinois Summer Camps available in and around your home.
Finding Overnight Camps is a great place to find camp information try SummerCampAdvice.com
Swift Nature Camp is a Coed Summer Camp for boys and girls ages 6-15. Our focus is to blend traditional camp programs with that of a Science Summer Camp to promote a better appreciation for nature.

Vacationing And Identity Theft - What Do They Have In Common?
By Dorothy Yamich | March 9, 2010
Over seven million people in the U.S. last year alone were victims of identity theft resulting in approximately fifty billion dollars of fraudulent credit card, bank, and other financial charges. A significant number of these victims were business travelers, people on their holidays, and tourists. Here is some valuable information that may save you lots of grief when you travel.
It is very easy when people travel on vacation to let their guard down. They have a lot on their minds remembering everything they need to take care of before they go and what they need to take with them on vacation. Not only that, they want to relax, unwind, and have fun. Isn’t that what vacations are suppose to be all about? When they travel they don’t want to have to be on guard all time and constantly concerned about getting ripped off every second of their holidays.
There are three serious sources of identity theft that you should be aware of when you travel. They’re your wallet, laptop or PDA, and internet cafes.
Research indicates most identity thefts occur when people’s wallets are stolen, usually by professional pick pockets. Whether you travel on vacation or business you must guard your wallet all of the time because you are at more risk than in familiar surroundings. Never ever carry your wallet in your back pocket - it’s not called the “sucker pocket” for nothing. It is best to carry your wallet in a fanny pack. Some travelers recommend a fanny pack with a Velcro closure instead of a zippered one because you can hear it being opened. The usual places you’re likely find pickpockets are in crowded areas such as airports, train and bus stations, hotel lobbies, restaurants, as well as at sporting events.
Most people carry more personal information in their wallets then they really need. The first thing that you should do before you travel is to go through your wallet and take out any personal information items that you don’t need when traveling such as bank checks, check books, credit card receipts, bills, and memberships cards such as library cards. You also don’t need to take your social security card as you probably have that number memorized by heart.
Debit cards certainly are a convenient way to take small amounts of cash out of ATM’s when traveling, but are also a great way for thieves to clean out your bank account if they get a hold of them. One way you can reduce this risk is to open up a separate bank account before you go and only put as much day-to-day cash in it as you think you may need for your holidays. Take only that bank debit card with you.
Credit cards are protected by Federal law and are a much better choice to take with you as you are usually covered for any fraudulent charges incurred. If you are over charged or find an error on any of your credit card transactions when you travel, it’s easier to get the charges corrected or reversed from the card companies. You probably should take two credit cards in case one is lost, or compromised. You can also obtain a smaller, limited amount prepaid cash cards from MasterCard, Visa, and American Express that are perfect for daily use. You can purchase these cash cards in any denomination. It’s probably best to buy a couple of cards with lower limits of about five hundred dollars or less each. The credit card companies will replace any pilfered or lost funds. Leave your passport and major cards in your hotel room safe or the hotel’s safe along with any other personal info that you do not need from day to day.
Before you travel be sure and check that your credit cards won’t expire while you’re on vacation. And be sure to call your credit card issuers to let them know when and where you plan to holiday so they don’t have a conniption fit and cancel your card when they see a credit charge showing up from some place like Timbuktu. Make a note of these phone numbers and take them with you when on vacation.
Another major source of identity theft starts with stolen laptops. More than six hundred thousand laptops are pilfered or lost in the U.S. alone, frequently from inattentive travelers in airports, restaurants, and hotel lobbies.
Before you travel on vacation, back up your laptop and put the backup disc in a safe place at home or in the safety deposit box at your bank just in case your laptop is lost or stolen. Stick a small strip of colored tape on the top and bottom of your laptop and laptop case as most laptops and their cases look similar in appearance. Write your name, destination address, and contact information at your destination on a piece of paper and tape it to your laptop just in case it is lost at the airport. You shouldn’t use your home address on this piece of paper. It’s better to use your work or business address and phone number. There are so many laptops left behind at airports unintentionally. The lost and found airport personnel do not have time to try and gain access to all the laptops which are more than likely password protected anyway.
The third major source of identity theft may happen at any internet caf or public computer. Your personal information may be at risk even if you’re just accessing or sending e-mails. A key stroke logger which secretly keeps a record of all user names, passwords, and personal information entered could be installed on the computer. Even if public computers are not compromised they still store information you input in the temporary internet files and the history. Don’t access any bank or credit card account, or pay bills from these computers. Usually computers located in business centers of hotels and on cruise ships are safer to use than other public computers.
The bottom line is to always be vigilant when you travel. Have a safe and fun vacation!

Cruise Tours - Travel On A Hotel Resort To Great Destinations
By Dorothy Yamich | March 9, 2010
A luxury cruise vacation can really enrich your life. Not only will you be traveling with like-minded people who love cruising, you will develop great, lasting friendships among your many cruising companions.
When you cruise you can sail to intriguing ports of call anywhere that cruise ships travel. Not only are there the huge cruise liners which everyone is familiar with, there are a number of different types and sizes of ships. The medium, and particularly the smaller size cruise ships can negotiate further up the inland waterways to famous cities and historic landmarks where larger ships could never go.
The larger cruise ships usually have one or two organized shore excursions at each port of call. If there are two sightseeing excursion events scheduled the same day, one may take place early in the morning and the second one in the afternoon. Most morning shore excursions normally get back to the ship in time for the people to feast on a fantastic lunch buffet.
Occasionally, on a second excursion, you may arrive back at your cruise ship late in the afternoon or early evening. This could possibly make you a bit late for dinner if you’ve been scheduled for the first sitting.
It is also your prerogative to explore the city, town, island, or tourist attractions and landmarks on your own. Just remember that you are responsible to get back on time or your cruise ship could sail without you. However, if you book a shore excursion through the cruise ship, they will not depart the port until everyone is back on board.
Take full advantage of the time you have in port by using it wisely. Some vacationers decide to disembark and go it alone by hiring a car and driver to take them to see and explore the sights. Usually taxi drivers charge by the carload and not per person so if you want to save some money you can split the cost with a few other fellow passengers. If you leave early in the morning you may be able to get back in time to enjoy the lunch buffet.
When you cruise you should bring detailed guide books that cover the destinations you know that you will be visiting. If the weather is less than optimal for your shore excursion you should always take your camera anyway as the weather could improve very quickly.
Don’t judge the port by the dock and its surrounding area. Its usually a freighter loading and unloading area and the major warehouse and industrial district of a town and city. You may have to travel out of the port and into the city or town to really experience the unique tourist attractions, historical sites and the local culture.
What are the differences between a river cruise and a barge tour?
Although they have some similarities, there are differences between these two types of water sightseeing tours. Firstly, the ships that sail the rivers can handle approximately up to one hundred and eighty people, while barges usually can accommodate from five to twenty-five people. The second significant difference is that the river cruises can visit a number of countries and cities in a week, while barges traverse man-made canals from town to town and move at a much slower, leisurely pace, and can cover approximately only fifty miles in a week. Thirdly, river cruise ships have a restaurant, lounge, and entertainment, while the more intimate barges are essentially first-class, floating hotels, having a dining room and lounge as well as a sun deck. The most popular river cruises and barging tours are in Europe.
What is a luxury cruise tour land package?
A cruise tour land package is similar to a cruise that stops for half-day or full day shore excursions but gives you the best of both a luxury cruise and a land holiday combined in one. The main differences between the two is the land part of your vacation includes transportation by train or motor coach travel to a quality hotel accommodation at your inland destination. You will be accompanied by an expert tour guide for the land segment of your itinerary. These combo packages are generally longer, lasting from approximately ten days to three weeks or even a month or more. On most cruise land tours you can decide to take the land part of your holiday either before or after your cruise.
Besides Europe, you can book a cruise land tour for South America, Asia, Australia, Asia and the United States. Alaska is one of the most popular cruise tour destinations.
If you would like to enjoy the best of both worlds - an incredible dream cruise holiday and a land tour adventure - a luxury cruise tour is truly the ultimate vacation experience.

How Can Women Avoid Sexual Harassment On Holidays Or Vacation?
By Dorothy Yamich | March 9, 2010
The women of today are venturing out to travel on vacations or holidays more globally than at any time in history. Female travelers, whether traveling alone, with a companion, or in a group, are encountering different cultures, religions, and societies. With this new found freedom comes some risks that men may never encounter. It is therefore advisable for women who plan to travel to learn how to handle themselves when on a vacation or holiday, studying abroad, or traveling on business.
There are some things that you can do that may help you have a safer and more enjoyable travel experience.
When traveling, or on vacation, your best protection is to understand the local culture and customs of that country. What you observe when watching how the local women behave and dress will give you valuable clues on how to avoid sexual harassment.
When the local women cover their hair and their arms and legs then you should do that also. Don’t wear bikinis, swimsuits, or short shorts in towns where the local women are all covered up. It’s prudent to dress conservatively.
Always avoid any direct eye contact with men as they may think you are flirting. Don’t talk, smile, or wave to strange men who smile or say hello. If a man starts to follow you, cross over to the other side of the street. If this does not work, look for a policeman, or enter a store and ask for help.
If you need to ask for directions, always ask a woman. And, if you are traveling by bus or train, always sit with other women.
It is a good idea to carry a versatile head scarf in your handbag just in case you need to cover your head and arms.
You may want to wear a fake wedding ring to help ward off and discourage any unwanted male advances if you are not married.
Wear a referee’s whistle around your neck under your blouse. It may come in handy.
Consult guide books on the countries and areas that you are traveling to or through to give you a heads up on what to expect. Also, carry a foreign language phrase book with you to help you communicate with people when you get there.
It’s not a good idea to wear expensive looking jewelry, watches, carrying cases digital cameras, or even designer handbags. You don’t want to attract any muggers or robbers. Pack a conservative outfit to wear in case you need one for certain occasions.
If you are planning to travel alone, it is best to travel light. One advantage is that you will be more mobile because you aren’t loaded down with luggage. If it’s not too small for your belongings, a wheeled, carry-on bag, or a backpack may be you best bet. It’s important to have one hand free at all times. If you can have two hands free, it’s is even better. You should get a shoulder bag that has a strong, wide strap that fits over your head. Wearing a shoulder bag this way may help prevent a robber from grabbing the bag and running away with it. The shoulder bag should have secure, zippered pockets.
